- My fees are not negotiable.

- Last-minute requests are never guaranteed, prebooking is highly recommended.

- References are maybe required or a security deposit.

- I will not answer at a landline phone application except with a reference from a well-known provider & security deposit.

- If you want to give me the consideration by EMT, please give me a notice first and send it to me at least minimum 30 minutes before our appointment to make sure I get it before you arrive.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For any reservation with a security deposit already sent, if you cancel your appointment 24 hours or a few hours before our appointment, the deposit is not refundable. When you prebook your appointment with me, I make sure to put you in my schedule which is mostly very busy, so when there is a cancellation from your side, the deposit is taken as compensation for the cancelled appointment.
